Q: Can I order additional copies of the key?
A: You can order additional keys on our website. Please specify the right key number.
Q: Does the final price include VAT?
A:Yes, VAT is included in the final price. The price at checkout is the price you pay and this includes VAT and delivery as detailed in the item description.
Collection and Delivery
Q: Can I collect my purchase?
A: Yes, you can collect from our office in Norwich. Please contact us to arrange collection and check on availability.
Q: Who do you use for delivery.
A: We use Royal Mail, TNT or P4D to send out your order. When we fulfil your order we will send you a tracking code.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Most products will be send out the same day. However if a product is not in stock we will notify you regarding the delivery time.
Q: Can I choose a delivery time that suits me?
A: Yes when you want your order to come on a specific day / time, we can send out your order with TNT. However an additional charge might be applicable.
Installation and Maintenance
Q: Will you be able to install the product I have ordered?
A: We do offer an installation service but we do not cover the whole of the UK. Please contact our sales team on 01603 - 484 999.
Q: Will I receive advice on fitting and maintenance for my purchase?
A: Your product will come with the installation / maintenance manual. This excludes spare parts, we do not give manuals for the service of the bollards as these products are security items.
